Terms and Conditions

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between both parties and to protect your vehicle and our team.


1. Bookings & Payments

  • All appointments must be confirmed in advance via call, text, or online messaging. 
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, Revolut, or bank transfers.
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and service upgrades.
     

2. Access Requirements

  • Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
     

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a €20 fee at our discretion.
  • No-shows without any notice may result in a full service charge or refusal of future bookings.
     

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, mold, stains, tar, etc.) may incur additional charges.
  • If we believe the condition of the vehicle poses a health or safety risk, we reserve the right to decline the job.
     

5. Liability

  • While we take the utmost care, Sharp Auto Detailing is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, clear coat failure, etc.).
    • Electrical issues from water leaks caused by damaged seals or bodywork.
    • Damage caused by poor previous repairs or fragile interior components.
  • Before & after photos may be taken for insurance and marketing purposes.
     

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unhappy with the result, please notify us within 48 hours of service. We will offer to inspect and, if necessary, correct the issue.
  • After 48 hours, no refunds or reworks will be issued unless under exceptional circumstances.
     

7. Weather Policy

  • In the event of bad weather, your appointment may be rescheduled. We will notify you as early as possible and agree on a new date that suits both parties.
     

8. Marketing & Photography

  • Sharp Auto Detailing may use photos/videos of your vehicle (with license plates blurred) for social media and marketing purposes. If you prefer to opt out, just let us know during booking.
     

9. Privacy

  • All personal information you provide is kept strictly confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
     

By booking with Sharp Auto Detailing, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective: [27/MAR/2025]


At Sharp Auto Detailing, we take great pride in the quality of our work and customer satisfaction. Because we provide a time-based service and not physical products, returns do not apply, however, we offer a fair and transparent policy for refunds and reworks as outlined below.


1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will:

  • Review your concern 
  • Offer a free rework of the affected area(s), if justified
  • In rare cases, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion

We do not offer refunds or reworks if notified more than 24 hours after the service unless there are exceptional circumstances.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Rework

To be eligible for a refund or rework:

  • You must provide a clear description of the issue
  • The vehicle must be made available for inspection
  • The issue must be directly related to our service (e.g., missed spots, streaks, residue)
     

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work
  • Poor results due to customer restrictions (e.g. no power/water access, bad weather, early cut-off)
  • Unrealistic expectations (e.g. permanent stain removal, paint correction without polishing service)
     

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a €20 fee
  • No-shows without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service cost and may require upfront payment for future bookings
     

5. Weather-Related Rescheduling

In the case of rain or unsafe conditions for mobile detailing, we may reschedule your appointment at no cost.
